Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Haircut AI, the mobile application operated by PIM Space (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The service
Haircut AI provides AI-assisted hairstyle previews from photos you supply. Previews are illustrative. They are not a guarantee of a real-world salon result, medical advice, or identity verification.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you create a child / minor profile, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian (or have their authorization) and that you have permission to use the photos.
Your content and permissions
- You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide.
- You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the App features you request (for example, generating previews).
- You must only upload photos you have the right to use.
- Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, or non-consensual imagery.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account was compromised.
Subscriptions, credits, and purchases
Some features may require a free allowance, credits, or a subscription. Prices and renewals are presented in the App and processed by Apple In-App Purchase where applicable. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple ID subscription settings. Except where required by law or Apple’s refund rules, fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to extract models or reverse engineer protected systems except where allowed by law, interfere with service integrity, or use outputs to harass or deceive others.
AI outputs
Generated looks may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you interpret and share them. We do not claim biometric identification capabilities.
Intellectual property
The App, branding, and software are owned by PIM Space or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hairstyle previews may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIM Space and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of AUD $50 or the amounts you paid us for the App in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and users.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is incorporated into these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
